The book is filled with super easy recipes, celebrating the magic of simple outdoor feasts. This is the easiest, silkiest flan recipe (crème This is the easiest, silkiest flan recipe (crème caramel) I've ever made. Made with a can of condensed milk, the same amount of fresh milk (I just top up the empty can) and 4 eggs, you blend it together and simply pour it on top of the simple caramel layer. A water-bath ensures even baking. Silky dreamy caramel custard... Is there anything better??? Recipe link in my bio. 🍮 PS: I do add a splash of vanilla and a pinch of salt too, but that's optional. 😍
